Mota is a ride-tracking and communication platform for motorcyclists and riders.
By creating an account or using Mota, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 16 years old
- provide accurate account information
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Mota responsibly and lawfully
- Not misuse location sharing or voice features
- Not attempt to misuse or interfere with ride sessions or voice communication
- Not harass or harm other users
- Respect the privacy of other riders
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Ride and Safety Disclaimer
Mota is a tool for coordination and tracking.
We do not:
- guarantee accuracy of GPS data
- ensure safety of rides
- monitor or control user behavior
Mota is not intended for emergency use or as a safety-critical system.
You are fully responsible for your own safety and decisions while riding.
5. Live Location and Voice
- Your location is shared only with active ride participants
- Voice communication is real-time and not recorded by Mota
- You are responsible for what you share
Certain features, such as voice communication, depend on third-party infrastructure and may not always be available.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but:
- Mota may experience downtime
- Features may change or be removed
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- abuse the platform
- pose risk to other users
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Mota is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for accidents, injuries, data loss, or service interruptions
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Mota is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
Continued use of Mota after updates means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.
